The person who was orignally going to develop those had to leave the team for other projects he had to finish. I am the only one working on the mod right now and don't have much experience with making skins. I'll try, but I already have a lot to go through.

You go to Skins and I believe you replace the JPG , then you find the new picture you want and copy the link(not Google but website link) then you replace the old skin with your image I think.

Yes, I will. So far the campaigns are nearly complete. After that, I will just have to add commanders to the conquests and redraw some of the borders. A release might come sooner than expected.

ironmarshal1805 , will you ever try ew6? since more units you have to use I like ew4 more because it's smaller and I had fond memories of the game. |

I would use it, but EW6 has heavy unit spam and less commanders. Not to mention the map is horrid. EW4 is hard to mod for english speakers, but it can work. |
