I want to have him but still cant figure out how to make him different from my Beatty and Hipper since LoB, N.Comm, TacMaster, and Alert are pretty much must-have for navy.

Also, how was he in EW5? I never got far enough to see him. He had artillery commander (aura) rumor at sea only (not the same as rumor on land which works in both scenarios). He also did quite a bit of damage. He was good but not amazing, but at the same time many of the other artillery generals were pretty bad in ew5 so he was pretty good in comparison. Probably second or third best behind li shimin and bismarck. |

Lacks alert and line of battle. I’d say scheer might still be a better deal than all 3, as he, like hood and beatty, will be an amazing stand alone general.
But heihachiro is still good. Its just that tanemoto is not much better than grant, and lwao is just decent. Even hotzendorf is superior to lwao. I don’t think this iap bundle is worth purchasing, and that says a lot as I poured piles and piles of dollars into this game.

He is also pretty good as well. |
