There is no tsardom of Russia till 17 the century there are more than 5 countries in it's place. now that's weird Holy Roman? Tsardom of Russia is defined only then when Ivan(Ivar/idk many variations of this name) the great made it by killing balts in Moscow and putted kaukazian men in their positions in this country. Besides Mongols controls most of Asia. And there is tsardom of Crimea... Etc |

HRE was founded in 800 A.D. Livonia was a finnish empire. Also, sorry not Tsardom, but there was a russian empire. Not sure what it was called. It is never been in Finnish empire |

Livonia is modern day Latvia and i believe some parts of Lithuania as well. The Light Bringer probably knows where all the region is. It contains Latvia Estonia and some parts of Lithuania, Belorussia and Russia. |

There is a russian empire though. I think that it may had been something like tsardom of Moscow and that Russian empires capital will be Petersburg (in late and after late middle ages). |

We need to take time period because there is too much time in all of the middle ages. I vote for 13th century. there is Livonia zecespospolita(kingdom of Lithuania -Poland) france, Spain, UK, Benelux, holyrome(Germany), Greeks, etc

Livonia is made a bit later there are a lot of wars between Baltic nations and hre.
