Hey. I saw a post on the Hubert Gough Discussion: However you can turn him into Sir Useless if you swap Strike and Surprise Attack with Alert and Desert Fighting. (Serious note: NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!!!) No, even worse, swap strike with battle array, surprise with explosives and Counter A. with desert fighting. Isn't this great? You will never have to ever worry about trenches, barriers or bunkers! (Not that you worry about them anyways) Buy Sir Useless now with 520 medals and 30 textbooks!Warning: Do not feed Sir Useless with any units, he's allergic to every unit in game and will die quickly.(This purchase is non refundable)Seriously though, Hubert Gough is trash.It made me think, what's the most useless general build one could achieve? |

Henry Horne or Faragut on anything else but their class. They have near useless skills for that, a merely +40% HP and +5% attack.

For inf Beauregard, 4 bad skills and max rank marquess
For cav Stuart with 1 good skill and two meh or plewhe with one decent skill and three bad skills both dukes
For arty Selivanov, 3 bad skills and duke
For navy guepratte, decent skills but max duke

Actually almost every infantry general who isn't Lee, Boroevic, Staussenberg and Petain. Such a bad unit type.
But as for the least useful general in the game overall. Well, that's Beauregard (4 bad skills, marquess and inf)

Plehwe: absolutely terrible skill set with mountain fighting being his best skill. Doesn’t help that he is capped at due. At least, after swapping in jungle fighting he will be very fast. But then again, nikolaevich starts out as this guy at his best. Selavinov: absolutely terrible general. Need i say more. *Kemal, Nicholas II, and Below are jealous of how bad he is.* Cobanli: only 3 skills, max rank is maqruess. Literally almost every naval commander in the game has navy commander. So other than line of battle, he doesn’t offer much at all. All he has is line of battle and thats it. He sucks. |

Scheer is the worst for his price, hipper is better Swap alert for counterattack on scheer, and he becomes really hard to kill. Having a third beatty around is awesome I am sure. Tanemoto is just garbage. |
