Actually..I never upgraded a single thing in campaign at all😂I mean,you can just breeze through it without even realizing the point of upgrading them.They costs your campaign stars btw.Sell them instead imo.

There are missions, that say complete special targets to get special missions. How to know what are those special targets?

I upgraded a few. But I didn't realise any change. I think they are just for show. The most confusing game in the entire series of ET games is European War IV Napolean. I feel like uninstalling it. Got to stick to Great Conqueror Rome. |

There are missions, that say complete special targets to get special missions. How to know what are those special targets? There's a special ring circling around the target(yellow I believe?).You'd have to take them down or occupy them |

Got to stick to Great Conqueror Rome. or ew6:1914 yes, in ew vi1914 too. I download ew 4 because it had rating of 4.5/5 but it seems really worse. Conquest is also boring and hard. I played as France and invaded Britain. I was stuck. I was unable to capture London because that damn general just regenerate every bit of health. No diplomacy and Allies are reluctant to take arms and rush to the enemy. Russia joined HRE and started fight me but Ottomans just defended the borders without out flanking or joining me at Vienna. Allies are just Brain-dead. |

My attack on Eastern countries was slowed due to lack of reinforcements ( Over focus on UK ), however attacking Vienna with artillery was successfull but Ottomans was neutral like. They did fight but they did not go on offense. Artillery is really slow in this game ( I mean, moving 1 Hex every turn is ....). Do you guys enjoy the game? I uninstalled it as it was completely trash in my view. |

Prepare the red carpet for it as it provides general with the universal skill 'Mass Fire'.The skill allows the general to deal consistently high damage no matter how high or low his hp is.Even at 1hp he can take out your troops with him dmg at full hp.
