The Arabian leader add to this game (KHALD). He was placed as a middle rank leader even though he wasn't less than the high rank leaders in the history. As you know in the period (KHALD) was leader in the Muslims Arabian army Muslims took over half the world and a lot of strong civilisations were defeated by them such as Romans, Carthage,Persians,Mongols... Etc other powerful civilisations. And then you put him in a rank that is less than the rank you put the leaders he defeat (them or their civilisations)in. such as caesar, Attila, Richard, Charlemagen.so I am asking you to make him at least in the highest rank and make him lead cavalry because he didn't lead siege machines ever. Hope you will work on this.

Hope they will work on this. Yep I agree. He should not have been gold, but at least should have been purple. Now Hannibal is a general that should have been Gold in terms of competency. But imo in ew5, et went for significancy rather than competency. Cuz George Washington being gold tier is rich (he was a great leader not a particularly amazing commander). Hence why Saladin as the crusades were an international conflict. You can also draw a comparison between khalid and belisarus, how they are both meh blue tiers despite both being pretty competent leaders. And how moctezuma is the best blue general in the game and so good is another mystery.

I do agree that Khald should be stronger and command a different type of unit, but I don't see why one could call it racism ... Hannibal should be the best general ( at least the best cavalry general ) ...

Plus Saladin did destroy the kingdom of Jerusalem’s army at the Battle of Haittin. Which alone pretty much caused the crusader states cease existing 100 years later. So I can kind of understand why Saladin is better than Khalid. But khalid had the significance of another king, Ashoka, in that he made Islam widespread across the middle east.

I agree with you but let me explain something KHALD defeated the Persians, and the Byzantine at once although he has only 30% of the byzantine army. But he could defeat not only byzantine but also Persians. And if you ask Salahaddin himself he will say (KHALD is way better) also prophet(MUHAMMAD) called him (THE SWORD OF GOD).

I agree that his victory was significant, and a pretty decisive victor(ies) such as Yarmouk. But do remember that there was a very long and brutal Byzantine Sassanid war from 602 - 628, where both sides were crippled. The Persians lost so they were very weak. Khalid simply exploited the weakness of both sides and grabbed lots of territory. So he didn’t really go up against a foe that was too impressive.
