1798-1806 Iβve all played with 7-8 nations. My favorites were
1798: Poland, Prussia
1776: Poland, Portugal
1806: Prussia, Saxony, Switzerland
1809: only played Naples yet, which was fun. Favorites will most probably be Prussia and Poland again.
1812: not played yet
1815: not played yet
in prinzess runs i enjoyed FRA more than HRE.

I enjoy playing as Wallachia : you can expand really fast into Austria, then Prussia, Russia and I was able to win it altough I used to be a big noob ...

Yeah that proud moment when you conquer strong nations one by one as a 'weak' nation is pretty enjoyable..

The amusing part of playing 'weak/one star'nations is that you suffer and got frustrated at the beggining for like maximum 5-6turns but upon surviving,you're basically unstoppable or started to play like the strong nations.What the turntables!ET did an excellent job on standardising conquest quality

I actually really like playing as Β«muslimΒ» nations as theyβre often 2-3 star countries so that you get to field tons of generals, and that they also get the ottoman units which are OP. 3-10 Guards, 4-10 Heavy cavalry and guard cavalry, 2-12 Heavy Artillery. Crazy.
