I passed 1917 Challenge Conquest with Brazil and the US. It took forever for both. Happy first post and welcome to the forum! I have managed to gain a pretty okay presence in Europe by turn 40 in my 1917 brazil challenge conquest, and I hope I can resist the humongous Ottoman and Austro-Hungarian spam ahaha

Thank you! It is a pretty arduous conquest game. I found myself abusing the gas card and also demolishing city facilities of acquired cities in order to build forts. I have screenshots of the number of forts I had through conquered territories; it was ridiculous.

The spam is really huge and it came in 4 nasty waves

Boy am I lethargic. 8 hours placed into Brazil 1917, and finally I have finished it. I deployed a different approach than all other runs I have seen so far (instead of waiting for the spam to arrive in America, I had a foothold on Portugal and defended the massive Central Powers spam from there, donating chunks of resources to Britain as a distraction. Multiple enemy generals were eliminated trying to land in UK)
My next run will probably be Ottomans 1917, and afterwards I have 4 more conquests until I officially complete all the required conquests. (Belgium, Morocco, Bulgaria and Tribal Union, in order from impossible to feasible)

That is my plan, and if I cant get used to speed runs, I will just sell all non-German generals, and create a whimsically elaborate all-German team of generals. I will lack Ludendorff and Scheer, a huge pity since I am strictly f2p

Which country/year is the easiest conquest challenge? 1861 Peru/Cuba. kk just kidding, probably confederates/france for 1861. If one can adapt fast enough I would say that Bavaria 1865 is pretty easy too

Which country/year is the easiest conquest challenge? Mostly the easiest conquests in conquest normal, with most of which are in 1861-65.

I'll try confederates as you said.

Only conquest challenge I did was Bavaria and for others, they are literally impossible.
I have sufficient gens but I find CSA, Peru, Cuba, and other "easy" countries insane especially when strong allies collapse.
Any other recommendations?

Can you list your generals?Sometimes sufficient might be off a little in challenge conquests.Try France and Cuba
