Kuznetsov isn't that great of a naval general (but he is criminally underrated), also I think Graziani's better than Vatutin cause he's got more upgrade potential. If you don't have the medals, get Kuznetsov, and then sell him later for Donitz. |

Since u have Guderian, Rommel, Leeb, Konev, and Nimitz, it's ideal to have a 3rd tanker but make sure to heavily upgrade Gud, Konev, and Rommel first. Graziani with rumor is very crucial for late UN mission where you get 3 tanks. |

Because Vatutin bad. Ok, not really, he's actually alright, but he has nothing besides his 6 tank stars, plus he's only got 4 skill slots. I got him first, and then sold him later on to get Graziani. What you do depends on your income. Vatutin's better than Graziani at the start, but with upgrades Graziani's better. Anyway, I still need to upgrade my tech. Which branch should I focus on? The inf. +60 hp first? I think that would be useful. For the navy, should I upgrade attack or defense or hp first?

First make sure you have MI paratrooper and maxed paratrooper range. Focus on Tank and Arty first. Especially the damage, assault, and retaliation. Then get the +hp for arty, navy attack, hp, and so on. |

Yup. I have lvl 3 fuel, Mech inf. And 100% assault and no retaliation. I’m working on +70ho for inf and +60hp for arty.
