I didn't think I'd be able to finish it today, but here it is: 
Turn 2 For the Canadian campaign's picture, take it that the western most city was not captured and that a defence line was organised along the starting city facing it. Turn 5 Turn 10 Turn 15 Turn 20 Turn 26 resource income screenshot. A replacement for Turn 25.   Final turn - Turn 33.

I attained 23 (sadly not enough screenshots to make it valid). My strategy was disbanding all troops in England and all navy next to England on turns 1-2, getting a population count of 221.

If you don't have a 2nd expeditionary force you need to land, you don't need a navy to guard the English Channel. |
