so it's GoG 2.
it's humans versus humans, what do you think of it?
ANNALYSE NOTE: these are all thoughts
Small analyse:
- Human vs Human
- Multiplayer Arena
- Beliefs vs other beliefs (?)
- Cards for battlefield
- Ion/nuclear stays
- every unit can be upgraded seperately
- Generals has turn limit
- 9 war zones
- 87 military missions
- 70 (!) types of units
Big analyse:
just the opening pic, don't really special:
- Title = Glory of Generals 2: ACE
- at the left bottom you see a globe with america in it, maybe you can change your language there
- You can see 6 things in it. It could be anything, but most likely: 6 types of campaigns, like Eastern Overlord or Coalition in EW4, Or Nato/Allies in WC3.
- As you can see, the things with 5 and 6 has a general on it. So there's something special about that one?
- At the left bottom you see 3 things, first that (most likely) langauge thing. Right of it you see a kind of cloud with a save slot in it. So maybe you can save campaings in the cloud? (prob not).
Right of it you see a dollar bill with a thing around it. Maybe achievements, you see a exclamation mark on it. So maybe he accomplished an item.
- at the right bottom you see a save thing, like the older games. So you can save/load a game there.
- 9 war zones
- 87 millitary missions
- At the right top, you see the mark of the HRE. So this will be the christinaity faction I think. in that pic, you see a small 54. So probably that's your level.
- you see the medal sign beneath it. he has 70730 medals. According to the past games, that's a lot. But you don't know what's normal for this game so...
- you see Ireland, Norway, Bellarus having a weird thing. So maybe their neutral? or wiped out?
- you see on the map sometimes a flag from the HRE under a number, that are probably the campaigns.
- You see some kind of buildings on the map, it could be graphical, but it also could be wonders.
- You see a moneysign at the top, so you can earn and spent money on something, maybe buying cards? I think gens will be medals and cards will be money
- At the right top you also see things first of all that globe, it looks like a globe so it could be online-mode. So maybe it's the way to go to the arena?
- you also see a present. Maybe you get dayly presents? Like in 3 kingdoms.
- You see a load sign at the right bottom. Although it's not sure, but it looks exactly the same as WC3. so maybe only 1 slot per campaign/conquest.
- but at right of it you see another save thing, hopefully that other load sign is autosave (last campaign) and the big one is for loading other games.
- you see a lot of signs at the left bottom
- the first one is a tank. Maybe you can upgrade your units there. or buy new ones
- the second one are cards. you can battle with cards in this game, maybe that's the place you can buy cards.
- the third one is a mechanic thing. Maybe you can upgrade your cards in here
- the 4 one is a uranium thing. You maybe can upgrade nuclear weapons or things like ion-cannon in here?
- the fifth one is the same general thing as wc3. although i can't be 100% sure. I'm 99% sure you can buy/upgrade your generals there
- almost forgotten: right of the flag, you see the name of steve jobs. probably your own name will be standing there.
- you also see a green balk beneath it. I think it has something to do with your level, when that thing is full, you gain a level.
- you see Africa. Meaning it's all over the world. Also you see africa lower than the equator. so more countries to play at.
- it's probably also the christian campaign. You see the christian flag
- the left of africa has that thing, so maybe neutral or just forgotten?
- the rest is almost the same
- at the right, you see a map. Maybe you go to another screen with maps when clicking on there.
- you also see stars: 30/30
- these are probably the max amount of stars you can have and the ones you have in that campaign
- meaning: the christianity campaigns has 10 campaigns
- max stars you can get is 3
- 70 types of units (army,navy,airforce)
- Christinaty/Hre thing is fighting agains a socialistic thing.
- you see a lot of types of tanks, meaning there are a lot of units
- every troops has stars beneath it. Dunno what it means.
- you see buildings.
- they don't have a level, meaning you can't upgrade it.
- you see a fast forward button
- you see that the socialist have an airport. so they can use it
- you also see a oil thing, i think you get oil out of it (duh!)
- you see a garage/factory. Maybe you can recrute troops from it. but i got a feeling you have to recruut them before battle
- you see 850 and a box. It looks pretty much like the supply thing in frozen front. those are probably supplies
- you DONT see money/steel. Means you can't create troops in battle?
- he's playing as the HRE/christinaty. You can see it when you look closely
- you still have round. he's in round 1
- at the right top you see a pause button, you probably can save your game here
- you see naval units
- you also see new types of buildings: sattelites, a big building at the right bottom from the HRE thing, 2 buildings in the water
- the buildings in the water has a red thing beneath it, so you probably have to get there to win the mission.
- you see a lot of buttons below
- a card thing, you probably can select cards from it for the turn
- you also see 3 generals, Including a girl (!), you can use them for the battle
- you can undo your turns
- you see the Information sign, you can click on it and you see the information from that troop
- you can end your turn with pressing on the thing at the right bottom
- you see an aircraft carrier
- you can select what planes you want from the air craft carriers
- he can select up to 6 planes
- those planes are probably the same as you get from regular airfield
- the enemy troop has a general on it. as you can see he's rated 2 stars, although i'm not sure what those stars are meaning
- at the right, you see he has other troops, those troops has a blue line under it, this means they are still moveable in the campaign
- you see a fort from the enemy, so you still have these things
- you see a plane
- it looks like the plane system hasn't changed yet
- the plane is the B52
- you see the red things again, i dunno what the buildings are
- you see the tank uses a blue ionlike thing.
- you see a money sign above a factory, maybe it's a special target? that you get money when you get it. The money icon is the same as the one at the beginning screen, so maybe if you get to there, you get extra money in that screen.
- you see a weird kind of teleport thing at the bottom. maybe you can teleport troops in here
- you have generals, they all have unique skills
- they have turns. You can see this general is only available for 3 rounds
- this generals name is Wolf
- His skill is Inner Rage. means you get +30 rage every round
- you have the campaigns, this is the campaign of Manitoba
- multible stages in one battle
- you get rewards after each battles.
- this reward isn't money. but other things
- the other things are maybe cards or weapons?
- the things has levels, lvl 5 and lvl 6 to be exactly
- 25 expeditionary campaigns
- muslim vs christinaity?
- deply your units wisely? means that you have units and have to deploy them yourself?
- this is the reason i think you have to create your units before battle.
- another reason i think this is because you only got that supply thing and no money/steel
- 6 arenes with differen player levels
- MULTIPLAYER
- i hope you can choose this, so we can fight against eachoter
- you get rewards when winning this
- the rewards from this are 82 medals, 23500 money, and a level 25 chip.
- 16 player per tourney
- your level got to be between lvl 46 and 65 to gain acces to this tourney
- this is a North America tourney?
- you see a 1/5 thing, maybe it means he has won 1 from the 5 tourneys he joined?
- this is the battle where you battle agains other players
- you see a big shield on a HRE unit. so he probably has a defend advantage.
- you also see other things above the stars of the troop
- a life
- a fire thing
- a defend shield
- 2 crossed sword, attack advantage?
- you can have 3 generals for a battle
- you see the ranks of the generals right of their pics
- the HRE things general all have the Marshal sign, Hacked before it arrives (lol)
- Reasonable play of tactical cards will help you dominate the whole battle.
- You can use cards in battle
- they have cooldown time (you see it)
- the cards has levels (you also see this)
- you see it's already written in english, meaning they are already working on a english version already
- you see he has a card twice (on a different level)
- so this means you have to have the cards before battle
- when a card gains a higher level they will be more usefull (duh).
- you see 4 things above this, probably there are 4 types of cards. like you have infantery or tanks for units
- he uses the Ion cannon card
- ion cannon is still in the game
- you see a fort, he's clicking on it. it has a huge range.
- when you click on a unit, you get a white circle beneath it.
- available targets are displayed in red
they aren't completed yet with english version, you see a chinese thing
- every unit can be upgraded sepperately
- you also can upgrade units from different factions, like engine/recorder and anti-aircraft.
- it cost things to upgrade them
- the things looks the same as the rewards you get from the campaigns
- you see 27/8. it probably means he has 27 of those things available and you only need 8.
- maybe the stars increases when you upgrade the troops
more upgrades
More generals with unique skills.
- but you can only use them for a limited amount of time
- the generals has levels
lot of tacitcal cards
all upgradeable
i think you have to buy them before the battle
you see east coast and canada got that thing on it meaning there neutral, which i recon weird becasue the countries are participating in every war imaginable
