It is officially my 4th run, so, I probably know pros and cons of all possible teams... I haven't completed my last run, so, Iron Duke , we are on an equal ground  Glad to see you decided to join in the fun, it wouldn't be the same playing EW5 without you  I suspect the new Legend mode and other updates should make it possible to complete more quickly, but time will tell... Glad to see you too! Well, advertisements make life more easy, for sure. I remember I was forced to wait for some time just because I didn't have enough literature... |

It is the first time, btw, I installed GP version. I am not entirely sure how GP competition system works, but let's see whether we can bit other players...  I noticed this too when I re-installed, it appears that 3,339,500 is the maximum as I still have my original game on another device and am ranked 999th with the same score. Perhaps it will be possible to beat with the new updates, or perhaps not. |

We could try to make a speed run competition out of awful EW5 conquests though |

I've just read in another thread that they plan to add new legendary chapters to EW5. Quite a surprising move anyway. EW5 wasn't one of their most popular games. There are obviously players who really like it, but their number was always limited...

On my completed version it is open so I presume it will unlock when you progress to a certain point. |

I meant that I thought it was weird to just include norse mythology in Legend mode. I'm certain we'll get to see greek (Aegis and Thunder), japanese (Kusanagi no Tsurugi), and egyptian mythology (Golden Mask) later on. |

I figured it was more polite to discuss my team here in my own thread rather than to continue to derail the other one linkI'm pinching your idea of the field hospital stoic but I'm going to try and incorporate Joan into it, and as it's infantry based Caesar has to be in it too, so possibly something like this: Inf: Caesar, Barbarossa, Alex, Joan/Peter/Xerxes Cav: Saladdin Arch: Mocte/Nobby Art: Koxinga/Bismarck I seriously doubt I'll be able to carry both Joan & Xerxes all the way, but perhaps one of them... Anyway these are my thoughts at the start but infantry units are the ones I have the least experience with, and decisions will have to be taken along the way based on tactical necessities, so I thought it would be interesting (for me at least!) to see how the actual final lineup compares to these initial ideas. |

I really doubt about Koxinga... His price is high enough, but he isn't as good as LiShimin. You proved me wrong with Saladin though  |

Btw, if you replace Saladin with Blucher it could be very interesting as well. You could use his Mobility by clearing up "weak chains" increasing thus the overall defence by 50 percent. His price though is high too...
