Is anyone noticed that new weapons use rage for their special abilities? (Ragnarok, scarlet flash) So using on a team-support man ( caesar-healing, nelson archer commendar etc.) blocking their main ability. U must choose one of them to use with rage. Using this weapons on nobunaga, genghis, saladin much more effective imo.

It’s just that the completely inept AI always decides to use the artifact ability.

We all build our teams with team skills, it is necessary for end game. So using on ceaser cause u to choose healing ability, makes artifact ability useless. Because of that, i said using this weapons on nobunaga, genghis, saladin much more effective imo

I still know close to nothing about this mythological stuff...

But Kevin is right: Attila is able to use it in particular situations without compromising his Commander ability. I have a question though: do we use those artifacts together with main weapon or instead of it?

This also means that you can't use them with the set items if you want the full set bonus.

I have a question though: do we use those artifacts together with main weapon or instead of it? As Kev says there are no extra slots so the artefacts have to use one of those, making them incompatible with full legendary sets. Not all are weapons however: I have the energy ring which goes in the fourth slot so perhaps there will be boots and armour to come too in later updates.

No boots though.

I'm at Son of Scotland 4/Red Beard 1 so you can buy it fairly early, if you have a spare 6000 medals Edit: Nordic Trial 1 available too.

One notice, you can't equip more than 1 artifact on each general. But i think it's acceptable when you sacrifice 4th bonus effect of set item for OP bonus of Artifact. Example, you give Khan Keel set for 4th regen bonus (50 hp/turn) but Bottle of life give you 220 regen hp / turn and ability to heal around unit (1 hex, sadly) 35% of max HP every 2 - 3 turn while you also need high defence stats to keep Khan do his work well. So 3 keel items and bottle of life is best for Khan in my case. More example is Washington with Odin set and Gungnir. Sacrifice 100 atk bonus for higher crit chance and OP skill (400% damage, imagine when Washington use Scarlet Flash under Commander buff...) I think it's acceptable.
Well, it is definitely an improvement, but Washington's active skill is (when upgraded) 175% to 3 enemies. Plus we loose some stats due to incomplete set. Probably it's better to give it to someone else instead. Nobunaga, for example...

Now I'm saving medals for Nelson, but with the 40% buff from Jhansi he can deal up to >2000 to the most powerfull enemy(high hp and defense) ( the item is upgraded only to lv 4 ). It could also be an option for an Artillery gen ...

( he is upgraded to 5 stars, but didn't notice anything before ) .
