Turkey may look hard since it always dies within 15 turns of most playthroughs, but friendly AI is really, REALLY bad at this game. Its centralization and starting resources helps you a lot in your playthrough.
Turns 1-10:
Generals used: Guderian (maxed), Konev (art leader lvl 5, accuracy lvl 3, rumour lvl 3), Leeb (no upgrades), Nimitz (lvl 2 rumour)
Europe theatre:
Put Guderian on the triple heavy tank and Konev on a triple rocket artillery (I can't remember if you start with one). Take Athens ASAP and sweep northwards, spawning a heavy tank every 2 or 3 turns. You should see no resistance until you reach Northern Europe. As for your navy, let your double cruiser stay in the east mediterranean to act as a meat shield. Spawn a few mechanized infantries so they can soften European cities.
Spawn a triple sub and put Nimitz on it, and promptly send him west so Italy won't lose their port and/or get destroyed by Maldini. Every two or three turns spawn a single sub.
By turn 10 Europe should be looking something like this (rip me Germany died):
Asian theatre:
Owairan's gonna circumvent Baghdad and go straight for you, but he's a relatively easy kill. Spawn a triple rocket artillery on turn 1 or 2 and put Leeb on it. Let him and Inonu wreak havoc on the terrorists. Make sure Leeb doesn't take too much damage, but you can kill of Inonu if you want cause he's just a meat shield. Also spawn a heavy tank every two or three turns.
Egypt's gonna destroy Jerusalem for you but they won't take it, so parasnipe it when the city's at 0 health. Don't bother defending it cause the terrorists don't care about that city. Don't attack Africa either cause Egypt's gonna take care of it for you. Once the initial threat is done with, sweep eastwards (try to reach China and Thailand before they fall, but if they do it's no problem).
By turn 10 your asian theatre should be looking like this (thx to India and Thailand):
Turns 11-15:
New generals: Rommel (lvl 2 rumour + blitz) on turn 15
By turn 15 you should have a stable income of 1000+. Build a tech centre anywhere you want.
Europe theatre:
The terrorists almost always leave central Eastern Europe undefended, so cut through it like a knife through butter with your paratroopers.
The USSR's gonna have a hard time taking Warsaw and Minsk (they'll kill the troops but not take the city) so snipe both.
Start working on Scandanavia. You want at least one port to make things easier, so don't make the same mistake that I made where I parked a mechanized infantry next to an empty port.
Expand to the west and north, and have Guderian work on stubborn pockets in Romania.
Steal Italy's port (they always leave it unguarded) and deal with terrorist spam by making your own spam (with submarines). By this point Nimitz should have dealt with Maldini.
Europe should look something like this by now:
Asian theatre:
Things are gonna slow down a bit. All the terrorists are basically gone, so just take all the cities on the Arabian peninsula, and expand towards the east. Steal at least one Indian port to make things a bit easier.
At this point, China will be almost dead, and Japan will have lost at least one city on their mainland, so I spawned Rommel so that I could steal cities faster.
Again, ignore Egypt, but they're gonna be very slow in capturing cities, so if you want to help them... sure why not.
Your asian theatre should look like this (by thinning out the crowds India and Thailand will be free to expand however they want):

New generals: Vatutin (lvl 2 blitz), unfortunately he got nuked on his first turn and didn't last long, but he did speed things up in Spain
Europe: Once West Russia has been cleared out, focus your generals in southwestern Europe (not like I did here). Focus on the cities with airports first. A counterattack will occur in southern France once the terrorist generals are done with Spain, but Vatutin should suffice. If you want, let the terrorist generals wreak havoc on Italy, and then steal their cities (like I did here). Scandanavia will fall within 10 turns if you captured a port. If not, you'll be set back 20-30 turns.
Europe on turn 20:
Eventually the terrorist crowd will thin out. Use your mediterranean navy to steal Spanish ports en route to the North Sea, and capture Spain. Focus on the cities first, and remnant troops will deal with themselves.
Europe on turn 25: (you should have around 2500 income by now)
Eventually the terrorist crowd will thin out. Use your mediterranean navy to steal Spanish ports en route to the North Sea, and capture Spain. Focus on the cities first, and remnant troops will deal with themselves.
Asia: Just keep going east. Get rid of any generals that come to attack you, and focus on Siberia before going for China. The Australians will clear out Manila for you so steal it.
Also, Egypt is quite incompetent, so if you want to speed things up you can build an airport on Jerusalem and steal a few African cities. This will help you clear out South America too.

Turn 35:
There's a few pockets of terrorists left, but their army has basically been dealt with. By letting the terrorists take Tokyo, you actually make things easier for yourself cause you can paratroop into Hawaii. Here's the pockets on turn 35, plus the chance you'll have to deal with them:
- One port in Australia (uncommon)
- The US west coast (common) and east coast (50/50)
- Eastern Canada (almost guarenteed)
- South America (guarenteed)
- Scandanavia (guarenteed unless you thinned out the crowd earlier)
- The English Channel (guarenteed)
If you've taken West Africa, start landing paratroopers in South America.
