This is a checklist that answers the most common questions about mods.
I STRONGLY RECOMMEND EVERYONE READ THIS AND REFORMS BEFORE MODDING.
1. What is a Mod?
• A Mod is game that has been edited by game fans to create new, cooler ideas, and designs along with gameplay.
2. Are Mods Safe?
• It depends on what website made the mod, most modding websites are safe for downloading and using however, you should always have a virus destoryer app and scan regularly.
3. How can I know I can trust the Creator of the mod?
•To trust a Creator look at their background, have they created a lot of mods, are they popular and have people reported any problems?
4. How do I create a Mod?
• I would ask a professional or just read the Gudies after a month or two you should be able to mod anything and everything.
5. Are there limits to modding?
•Sadly yes, you can't hack or change price values. However your main problem is Easytech Encryption Policy which blocks modding by placing the games values into a unbreakable code. There is ways to get around this but they are limited.
There is all you need to know about modding, if you want to know how to share a mod check other modding theards for it is quite easy to do.

MT manager: Main tool used by all Modders. It can be download in link to tools thread.
You can add as little or as much resources as you want but, not unlimited. For example, adding 3,000 medals per level or making everything free is acceptable.
More research is in Vader's Modding Reforms.
