The 1.5.6 - that I like so much (you applied the fix ?) is one generation newer than our Build3. It fixes the ends of the battefield and updates the colors during a tade. As special you can zoom with the mousewheel. This is the only version that has support for 16:10 (layout_512) but not for wide screens.
I always develop my mods even with this version and it is the only ET-game I've seen that is without tracking ! But it has limitations for gen-prices and items - and we don't have the academy refreshes. And only 4 slots (You can get around with fp-hack)
