I hope you don't mind littlecorporal, but your work is so interesting - I have to start a thread. Thank you a lot for sharing! Your Conquest Score FR98 is really interesting! And very nice to have your notes too! Sooooo close. Wow! Getting Warsnav in time seems to be a key - I remember getting Kollowrat was a big change. But !!!Maybe you are too fast! This is not a joke! If your economy is strong enough, you get 850 later, up to round 38. Primary goal (in terms Of EW4 sucess) is a full stock (this fills your circles in the achievements) - to be fast seems to be a secondary key. After R32 with a big jump you need more than XXX resources= xxxxπ§ / round to raise your years.
I got the impression that the primary Victoria-reqiremen is: Full stock up to R38

I will try again soon. Last night with 2 retries I ended up with just one enemy unit left at round 30, but it was a different unit both times, so I think there's a way to a 30 round victory.
I will try both ways, speed and max resources, soon.
Medikits are key. I ended up using 3 on front line generals, they make a big difference. Thanks trotzki for the advice!

OK I checked the conquest:
Poinakowski is Round 8 - (not R20 - Weilburg Kollowrat).
This is a benchmark! - Nice performance!!
Very nice that your attempts are with an representative, and not maxed team.
So my first post is somehow obsolete, but not my comment about an possible no-speed run.
From my EW4 experience, I have the idea/feeling that France can the more common way to Victory(a) than HRE - we just don't have the experience of a few xxnd tries like HRE.
... very interesting ...

... and I learned the value of Medikits for a princess run from Marshal Forwards - Thank you! This forum is such a fantastic help! I practical never used them before. For a serious run, just a few make an enormous difference. And knowing the exact effect in HP (65,135,200) makes the dosification easy.

The key phrase was you saying " using medkits is like getting a new general on the front" The only thing is you should save immediately after using a medkit, just like buying a tavern general because they are in game add ons.

30 turn french victory acheived but 2500 iron with max food and gold still got 800 years europe/ 500 asia. I will try again with maxing resources up to round 38.

Round 38 with 8956 iron still gives 800 years. I will keep working on campaign stars. Last time with my first game I got 850 years but had already five starred all campaigns and won Victoria. It seems like there are some missing factors, i.e. rank and nobility or campaign progress. All I can say is finishing with 2500 iron in round 30 isn't enough and adding 800 iron per round always gives 800 years.

I'm sorry, but the resources are not enough235/420β campaign is for Europe/America the maximum (but 411/420 for Asia) of campaign bonus.

Oh boy! I have to be more greedy about seizing friendly factories.

Here is the general outline of my 32 round 1798 French Campaign to get Victoria and 850 years.
My team: Sophia 98/6 Isabella 98/6 Lan 74/ 6
Items: All except Economic
Rounds 1-6 Economy Add Lan to Clermont double heavy cav. Items Saddle and horse shoe to get to river next to Bordeaux. Upgrade Bordeaux and 3 French factories. Always upgrade factories first, then towns, large to small. Trade unused iron for cash once all factories are maxed.
Send light infantry to steal Zaragoza and move west and wait safely for Lan.
Great Britain Add Sophia to Channel double heavy art. 50 starting gold are enough in round 1 to buy a transport ship. Use items carrier and helmet to attack coastal fort, move jourdain to coast. Blow up second coastal fort, take south hampton. First attack double rockets in England. Position Sophia to return defensive fire to forts and ship, everyone will target her. Beware of Charles, ignore Rowland.
North frigate stays home until coastal forts are cleared. South frigate attacks Irish privateer and steals Irish port.
HRE Together Isabella, DMZ, Moreau take town, Weilburg, village, kill August I and blow up large fort. DMZ goes north to kill siege artillery, take factory, Hotze and Ogdenburg. Isabella heads east, takes village and small fort, Moreau north east to take out prussian double heavy art. Set trap for Wilhem iii.
Napolean, Desaix, and Massena rendevous in Munich. Use Milan French troops to flank Klenau until Napolean arrives to kill shot him. Desaix and Massena take out August I.
Sardinia Marmont and Grenadier embark from Marseille. Land grenadiers at southern bunker and have Marmont bombard Caligari from sea. In round 3 build 1 privateer in Marseille to assist Marmont and steal mediterranean ports.
Rounds 6- 10 Economy/ Lam Lan (4* trading) stays in Bordeaux. Slow down on building as its more important to get your tavern generals on good units. You need to check on unit costs and general costs. Some rounds I didnt do any upgrades.
Junot- double heavy cavalry, build in Weilburg as early as possible, definitely by round 6. It takes some time to get there but you save 80/5 because you dont need to upgrade the stable slightly closer to Paris . Junot heads North to Holland, then up to Sweden. In Holland defeat Hull, if possible steal Amsterdam.
Archduke J- double guard cavalry, build in Weilburg, round 7. You want to have the unit ready the round before the general appears so you can add the general and immediately move. ADJ heads south of Danube and accompanies Massena and Napolean to Vienna.
Bubna- double heavy cav, build in round 9, add in round 10. Bubna rides north of Danube towards Brunn.
Great Britain North french frigate will be used to add Sidney. Once Sophia has given the UK frigate some damage, move the french frigate out to take the port. Either Jourdain or Sophia need to hit the far SW England coastal fort before the frigate occupies the port (or the same turn). Take out the rockets, fort, and Charles.
Prussia Isabella, Moreau, DMZ take Berlin and Prussian facilities, except Danzig.
Napolean, Massena, Desaix, Archduke J take Vienna and Austrian forts.
Sardinia- once caligari falls, use privateer and grenadiers to flank fort for Marmonts attacks from caligari. Once fort falls, build double grenadiers and invade Sicily.
Rounds 11-15
Great Britain Rowland has leadership, a snare drum, and rapidly heals in London. The adjacent factory is a trap. Rowland will attack new units there and you will waste money. Instead, ignore Rowland and take the rest of England, including knocking out the coastal fort in the East. The stable is the key facility. Take the town.
Poland
DMZ takes Danzig, port, adds transport ship and goes around large fort. Moreau and Isabella head East towards Warsaw. After taking Vienna, Desaix heads north to Warsaw.
HRE Napolean sells all food in Vienna. NPL, Massena, ADJ take Budapest and knock out large fort.
Portugal/ Economy By round 11, the economy should feel strong, 750 gold, 150 iron. Besides tavern generals, should be very few units to buy. Buy some militia if you need flankers, every bit helps. When NPL gets close to taking Vienna, have Lan head to Portugal. Build 2 privateers to help with the British navy near Portugal. Start with the factory. Lans leadership ability is very useful. you can also train her. Only the frigate can fire for free, so build the privateers early. The light infantry should mainly be used to flank for Lan. Their attack is weak.
Sicily Have Marmont take sicily. You can build a single grenadier in the town. If he only defends he can defeat the fort himself, so marmont should leave for southern Italy asap. use your privateer to first steal the Sicily island port.
Rounds 16-30
England Add Sidney to your South Hampton frigate. Sophia and Sidney are a team from here on out. Have them bomb Rowland. Together it should be about 100 damage each round, so it should take 3 rounds. Don't take rounds off to hit other targets once you start! Rowland heals quickly. If you kill Rowland but leave the city open, AI will build a unit and add Mercer. Don't take that risk! Build a double heavy cav for Mercer. Move in to take the city. Mercer and Jourdain take Ireland. Sophia and Sidney take Scotland then head to Sweden.
Sweden Build a triple light infantry for Yorck in Berlin. He and Junot invade Sweden from the South. Take all facilities and cities first. Leave Denmark border fort for the end. Sophia and invading Danes can handle it.
Portugal Move Lan next to as many enemies as you can. Give her the gold cuirass and a snare drum. Train her. Watch her destroy enemies. Repeat. Once Lan takes Lisbon, keep an eye on gold and food to trade away. Food is tricky. Once you approach 10000, you need to sell your total food production, not just the net. Food is added, then subtracted.
Sicily Marmont, marine grenadiers, and privateers. Once the port is safe, can build a frigate if needed.
Russia DMZ sprints north towards riga. Blow up the coastal fort and take the other town.
Build two single grenadiers and a light art to take out the large prussian fort near Danzig, then the small fort in latvia.
If Kosciuzsco is unthreatened he will leave Warsaw. Have Isabella and Moreau protect him, then steal Warsaw. Build triple light infantry. Add Poniatowski.
Isabella continues East. Have Desaix come up to help. The two of them take Moscow. Poniatowski and spam to defear Suvorov. Surround with militia and light cav, then use light art and Poni to kill. Poni heads towards Kiev. Moreau leads attack against Lviv fort near Kiev. Takes Kiev. Bubna attacks Kiev, takes far eastern stable. ADJ, NPL, and Massena take Clujnapoca. The Russian-HRE- Ottoman war has a lot of variety. Use these 3 to effectively wipe out the remaining Russians and HRE. It's a challenge to get to the sevastopol port, blow up the coastal fort and save Istanbul. Pay attention early.
Final Notes:
Be bold with the medkits if you have a strong economy. Trotzki has pointex out, Victoria is NOT a speed run, it is a speed and resource run.
I use lots of tavern generals. My feeling is it's a part of the conquest design, specifically for France. The placement and timing are too perfect. 3 generals from rounds 8-10 and 4 generals from 15-18. For any other country, the tavern generals just don't synchronize. For France, you basically can add them as soon as you take the city.
My proudest accomplishment was finishing with full gold and food with 7011 iron in Round 32. My secret? I only built single light artillery and 1 frigate. Ships and artillery use tons of iron. Use them sparingly! I also mostly used single grenadiers for flanking forts and militia for other units. Be patient! Isabella can lead the way and have other units follow up. Don't kill a unit if you can't take the facility. Leave him for next round when you can. I hope this helps.

I wonder if anyone has ever managed 1000 years. Believe me, more years are impossible! The Speed-Bonus for fast conquests ends (or starts) in R20 for Asia and R31 for America and Europe. Finishing earlier in R19/R30 don't give any benefit. All with > 411/420 β and max headquarter: Asia 750years = R20, 10000π° 10000π§ 10000π
America / Europe: 950years = R31, 12334π§ (9999π°π)
