It recommend a nuke saved for that purpose to clear out the city (or at least almost completely) so your infantry's hp wouldn't suffer from attacking the defenders. Use one specific that you plan ahead to move into the city to AVOID attacking except in automatic defensive fire, the other infantrymen or tanks or artilleries should attack. Use clumps of units working together, not lone units trying to take on the enemy. |

Thanks for all help but i m so close to delet the game .... It pisses me of so much that its so hard Roc is get defeated like in the 5 round and they bomb manilla from honkong and taipe and they take it from me whatever i put there so i cant even start an atack for honkong not to take shanghai the other thing is Thailand got help from China and defeats the Uk there and starts attack me ..... I played with conqueror 2 for a long time i played this for quit a long time inlove it but its just so freaking hard ..... When i started i mananged to to win the first one (i dont remebert tha fate of it second wirld war for sure) i dont realy tried with tge second but this is the 5 th time with 1950 and i kose all the time and ehen i do a WTO side the uk cinquers evrything (places eher i dont fo anythinkg ) when i do a Nato side my allies do nothing this is so anoyying

Take Taipei and Bangok first then nuke shanghai. It is very easy after you defeat the big Chinese counter-attack. For the bombing problem place just a light infantry. Move The gens. In the Pacific to China to support your attack.

I am sure everyone had a hard time playing a new conquest. But after you play it for a while, you will get the feeling of it and it will no longer very hard. Anyway, conquests in WC3 is designed in a way such that whichever side you pick, your allies will be weak. Have you tried other nations? In my opinion, the US is not easy because it is far away from the front line and by the time you reach there, you allies are mostly defeated. France can be a good one. P.S. That island country with Manila as its capital is the Philippines. |

Great Guide!
Finished in 44 turns only with 1 eye-covered general (no upgrades at all).
No idea if 115dmg ion cannon contributes.
Shanghai keeps getting taken so I stocked up a bit then Taipei --> Shanghai --> Changchun --> Khabarovsk. Then Peking-->Chongking-->Mopup.
The reds don't even bother to take their city back, they focused on JP. I almost screwed up because a soviet Timoshenko and two chinese landed on Japan.
After that backdooring USSR is easy as usual.
For Egypt I wait until Spain&Brazil arrives then join them.
Also I just knew that you can't have more than 9 nuclear bombs at a time.
