I noticed this city before. This time the defender went away without taking the installation, so I made a screenshot: On my first try I didn't recognize the city, just an unit on a hex with trench. I didn't know that a Hex can contain an utility (city, stable, factory, farm, port) and an installation (trench, fence, bunker) at the same time. I couldn't test it, but I'm curious which evasion this city finally has. Its showing only the city-evasion (-9% all)

I knew exactly what you were talking about. I think it's the only city like that in the game. I assume that that the entrenchment gives 'hidden' evasion.

The hidden evasion is different, I could test it out: It is a flat % DMG reduction all over the map (water untested) for all units without burgle, strike or accurate. Siege Master works like usual but don't affect the hidden malus. 1789 none. 1806? (I'm not sure) β 1-2% 1775 significant 3-5% All units - everywhere.

Even more love for the elite princesses then. Generals and princesses without those skills get less useful as the game continues.
