I am beginning to think that history mode is a complete waste of time. I got like 4 prizes after beating Gettysburg. I was thinking that after a 3 star victory in the next historical battles, I would get SOMETHING!! I had 2 3-star victories on Austria Prussian was and Franco Prussian war. After spending cash to get some generals and using some medical packs,I an feeling like I wasted like 4+ hours. Is there something I dont know. Not sure what the letter grades mean, but I got an "A" and an "S" for each battle. Any insight is welcome.

history mode is good for farming books to make your generals optimal, make sure you have all the best generas: hindenburg, ivanov, beseler as your 3 arty, plumer, jackson and johnston as your cav, hipper and beaty as navy.
history mode and challenge conquests are a lot easier if you max your attack and mobility technology only, don't upgrade health or defence because enemy will become stronger if you do that. if you want to complete the game (all challenge conquest rewards, challenge campaigns etc), this is the most important tip - not upgrade health or defence

Part of the reason I was mad was that I was playing the austro prussian war, there arent any prizes listed for that war anyway. I did not realize that when I posted. I did get the prize for the other battle. Thank you for the advice. It is too late though as I have maxxed out all my training. I invested in the training as my top priority since it benefited all units. I would be interested to hear how you determined that increasing hp and defense levels was the cause of stronger enemies and not just progressing in the game or another variable. I don't doubt you. I am just curious. Thanks.

Thanks. if you max your health and defence, the enemy gets a bigger upgrade than you do in challenge conquests and history mode. if you go to challenge conquest, you will notice a difference in stats between you and your enemy, and this difference is much bigger between your allies and the enemy. that is why the enemy will always beat your allies. If you max your mobility (don't really benefit AI enemy) and your attack, it's much better. IF you max attack, it's a lot easier to capture cities because your firepower is greater- most important in conquests. You can hit enemy with artillery without getting hit back, even if you stand next to the enemy. Also maxing cav attack means you have a good chance of killing enemy in 1 hit so you won't take any damage back. That is why upgrading attack is useful, and not too useful for your enemy. Upgrading health and defence will benefit your enemy more than you.

Thank you for the tips. Unfortunately for me, I already maxxed out all the training.

quit the game, play another easytech game if you haven't tried them yet. challenge conquests are fun but if they are too hard, don't bother unless ur willing to spend lots of time

Im 38. The last game I spent any amount of time playing was Madden 2002, Lol! This is actually the first game I have ever played on my phone. The multiplayer mode, are you playing with people you dont know online or do you and another person have to know each other?
