Finally thanks to the help of almost all active members of the EFC, End of 2020 we found the way, to achieve easy, like original intent, Victoria.
1. Campaign; 235/420β (or more)
25π§ for each missing β may don't sound much but sums up quickly:around 40β missing costs one round.
2. Headquarter
On a Victoria run, the headquarter quality is usually passed: 70.000πΎ you need.
3. The conquest:
Forget 1798
Forget HRE
Forget Round 31
Play 1806
Take a big country (France is imo the best)
Develop your economy and exchance.
Targets:
Sounds a lot, but this is not the crisis of 1798. Around R33-R36 usually you should have collected enough - R38! is the target - you don't have too be fast, finish with a full stock is the easy mission!
