my god guys, I've been trying to say that Sweden will INVADE finland to form scandinavia, so why would you want to be finland?! Oskars, idk if you want to be estonia since scandinavia will gain cores on your land. Eternal Aurora, in this alternate timeline, the Germans reinstated the Chinese Qing Dynasty due to the fact that the ROC declared war upon them in 1917. What are cores supposed to be? Cores=claims. If you have claims on foreign areas, you can declare on that nation no matter what, whether you have a truce or whatever. There will also not be revolts in claimed land that you own. So there can't be Finnish rebellions in Scandinavia for example. |

Well you must first take over Norway, Denmark, and Finland, then you can form Scandinavia. Once Scandinavia is formed though, yes, there can't be any rebellions in Denmark, Norway, Finland, Greenland or Iceland. Once you form Scandinavia as well, you'll gain cores on Pomerania, the Baltic States and Lapland. |
