I've taken Sedan in 6 turns. Should I drive southward to Metz or speed on over to Arras? Do you mean Case Yellow? Battle of France is the campaign on the Allied side. Capturing Metz triggers De Gaulle's forces and they will march towards Metz. Leeb's troops will also assault the Maginot Line and the garrison French troops will suffer a 2X morale drop. This is important in the direct march on Paris. It's toi risky to just spawn reinforcements and pray that they are sufficient for capturing Metz. I failed to capture Metz multiple times due to this. If you can, send Guderian and your most mobile troops to attack Metz. The reinforcements are to march to Arras, ASAP. It is unlikely that you can meet the other target durations on time, so I recommend a safer route of marching a strong force down to Metz.
Beware Lelerc's counterattack at Arras and Montgomery's attack at the Dunkirk-Bruxelles-Arras region! De Gaulle may either march to Metz via Sedan or Rheims. Look out for his tank's movements! The attack on Paris can be carried out by using either a pure ground assault or a combined land-air assault. For the latter, you need the airport at Rheims. For your exhausted troops, the moderately strong garrison at Rheims may prove to be a challenge. However, the accumulated resources can be spent on air attacks if the airport is held.

I've already captured Arras and Calais in the allocated amount of time, so I don't think I should worry about that next time.
