You can just search for him and other generals. There are extensive write ups of almost everyone.

Well that is basically my question, if not, what Arty general should i buy from 2nd tier As a permanent arty gen or a trainer? Kutaisov in Tier 1 is usable and much cheaper, IIRC. |

beuthen,scharnhorst is recommended, but you could buy kutaisov as he can be used as a both general and trainer

There's a good write up in the "all generals ranked" thread about this. Scharnhorst is also a trainer so it really depends on how long you are planning to use him in deciding between him and Kutsaiov.

The problem with using Kutaisov as your permanent is that while he's cheap to get in the first place and VERY useful for the price, all the other artillery trainers that you would use to boost him up are more expensive.

Yeah but you can get Sophia easily and can regroup him into her. True, but at that point it's SOPHIA who becomes your "permanent". If you are going to get an artillery general only to regroup them into a princess eventually, it seems to me that you go with the cheapest one. If you're getting an artillery general with an eye to keeping them in your lineup forever, then sure, go for something more expensive. |
