Looking good. I might try to make a guide sometime soon, so Iβll take a look at what hasnβt been done yet. Any ideas of what might be the best? Also, it would look a lot neater if you embedded the guide link in the country name, I think. I am just using this space to communicate with Napolean and then he can link it on the first page. Then people can see all the guides in the same place. The next guide I will do is 1809 Algeria. Trying to figure out 1809 Switzerland gave me a lot of familiarity with the 1809 map. Only 1809 has so many different generals, its a lot of fun to play. For 1809 Algeria, I believe I've cleared it. Sardinia is the key. The Iberian Peninsula and Morocco can be attacked once you've gained reinforcements from trading in materials. Mobility is key for this front once you've begun your assault. Follow up against Western France and take on Britain from here. Island hop until you hit the mainland. Then, push straight in against Austria. Vienna is the end goal. Firepower is a must to stomp Prussia and Russia. Secure the Danube and you're in a position to launch an attack into the Prussian hinterland and rescue what is left of Poland.

How long did that take? Between Algeria and Vienna the only facilities to seize are two cities and a factory on Sardinia and Corsica. It seems a tough way to build the economy.

Sorry for being out the action as I was not at home. ks, I will embed the guide link in the country name only if I get more than two guides per country. (One must lose something to gain something π)

And thank you so much, for your posted conquest results Nobunaga Oda! This was the key help to unlock the rounds and years. Once again, I want to encourage everyone Post your conquest. Not only spped-conquests, the fun or full-map qonquest scores. As an addition to the guides, a few score examples, give a great extra orientation for every new conquest.

That took sometime but 1809 Algeria is up. Next one I will do is 1812 Indian. For 2 star conquests, the strategy needs to be tested more times. Its like a butterfly flapping its wings in Thailand causing a hurricane in Jamaica. There are so many random battles that by the time a small country is fighting in a distant land, the force dispositions are very hard to accurately predict. With bigger countries and >40 round games, the general movements are more predictable.

It will be no general Darth Vader. Then just bulid up your economy and stay in a defensive position. Then you can spam some Guards and aid the Ottoman and French Empires.

John Marston, I noticed a mistake (not on your part). The 1806 Britain guide is actually an 1809 guide, the person who made it mislabeled it, so it should be moved to the 1809 section. Perhaps the mods can rename that thread?
