Poland is the only country in conquest that begins completely surrounded by enemy land. No coast, no thread of allied land attached. It's surrounded. That weakness can be transformed into a strength, and today I will show you how I did it.
Generals: you come with 3 OP cavalry generals (Poniatowski, Dombrowski, Sulkowski) so you should add mostly artillery, I used Jourdan, Isabela, and Sophia as Artillery and Radetzky as Cavalry.
Defensive war with Prussia:
Generals: Sulkowski, Poniatowski, Radetzky, Jourdan, Sophia.
Starting out, send Poniatowski and Sulkowski to Danzig. You should have rocket, city, and port by turn 3. In the meantime, upgrade facilities. First recruit double Guards Cav for Radetzky, then 2x heavy artillery (or siege, you can choose) for each of the 2 artillery generals you will deploy. As Yorck, L’estocq, Scharnhorst, and Merveldt come, shift your generals to hit them. By round 15, you will have a solid western frontier.
The Eastern Front:
Generals: Isabela, Dombrowski
In turn one, deploy an artillery general to the 2x heavy artillery in the northeast. Immediately take Vilnuis, then move to harass Kutuzov. Take Dombrowski and everything southeast of Warsaw to destroy Barclay's army and take the nearby village, before having Dombrowski swing north to Minsk and his army head South to Moldova. Mourosis will be in Wallachia with Bennigsen getting weak, so after you take Iasi the whole country will collapse.
Now take Dombrowski and Isabela through Smolensk to St. Petersburg. Once you occupy it, send Dombrowski to liberate Finland and any other land Sweden lost (Dobeln won't let them get past Stockholm, so don't worry). Isabela with some troops will secure eastern Russia and Northeast Austria, while normal troops will handle Riga
The Western Advance:
You will now divide your force into 3 armies. The first army, consisting of Poniatowski and Jourdan, heads through Prague to Vienna, then Budapest, then through the sea to Spain
The 2nd Army, consisting of Sophia and Radetzky, marches to save Paris and destroy Wellesley’s army. You then either steal a city from France or take one back from England (depends on whether England took cities). I got lucky and stole Paris. After driving back these troops, send Sophia to Spain, to be joined by Radetzky after he secures the channel port.
The 3rd Army, chaired by Sulkowski, frees Berlin. After Berlin, he liberates the low countries, then crosses to Britain. Upon landing on the Eastern shores of Britain, where Dombrowski joins him, taking Bristol. An infantry unit supported by large vessels will take Southampton, then join Sulkowski in London. Dombrowski will take Scotland and Sulkowski will take Ireland.
In Spain, take Madrid first, then the surrounding soil. Take Porto to turn the Portuguese flank. After Spain is done, take Morocco
