Any comments about the 4th test match between India and Australia? What are your predictions? I believe it is difficult for India to draw, let alone win the match as the squad is pretty much depleted. However, it is not never impossible

What about the third test between India and Australia? India did a tremendous job in eking out a draw. A valiant effort from Ashwin and Vihari, who stood like a rock. All this, not forgetting the fact that -
1. India's main players were ruled out due to injury. 2. The bowling lineup of the Aussies was really strong. 3. The pitch had something in it for bowlers. 4. No more batsmen were remaining when Ashwin and Vihari were batting. Only an injured Jadeja was there. 5. Ashwin is an allrounder btw.

Another determination stand between Shardul Thakur and Washington Sundar. The highest 7th wicket partnership in Brisbane. Their contribution has made it possible to get a draw. It must be frustrating for the Australians though.

I remember playing cricket as a lad. I never followed it though. It really is something. It is really interesting, even more than football, baseball, simply because it will be played for a long time. The test matches, about one of which I described about, goes for 5 days! They play for 9 hours, with the 1st break of 45 minutes and 2nd break of 15 minutes. Then they stop at the evening.

There is also a day-night variant in a test match where the match is played from evening to night. Apart from 5 day tests, we have 50 overs for each side, each over consisting of 6 balls. there is even the 20 overs variant, where each side gets 20 overs.

Another excellent display of grig and determination by India. They did the unthinkable. No one, for a second thought that they would win the 4th test match but they did it! Retained the border-gavaskar trophy. Incredible ! Speechless! Did the unthinkable! It was like - RIGHT IN YOUR FACE (Not to be taken offensive) Rishabh Pant played maturely when it mattered the most. It was a complete teamwork, not to mention all the star players injured and winning in Australia against them where nobody has won for years. It was a complete teamwork, something which comes once in a century.

speechless, it was quick , only 6 sessions, Axar alone took 11 wickets but "Hitman" also deserves praise for 66 runs in 1st innings

Intending to start a discussion Charles Huntziger, what do you say about the auction that took place recently? I mean the IPL Auction. Spending such huge amounts for Chris Morris is like paying the cost of elite units to cheap militia. As usual, Rajasthan and Punjab were the worst performers in the Auction

As usual, Rajasthan and Punjab were the worst performers in the Auction Chris Morris isn't bad player, he is my 3rd favourite south African player after ABD and David Miller.
