I know GCR page in this forum is almost dead but I need some help about watching ad in GCR.
Anyway, I can't watch ads anymore somehow. While all other ET game's ads are working normal. only in GCR, when I touch ad to watch it, It just ignore click and don't show me anything. I already try to delete, reinstall and try to use another account but nothing work. Any way to solve this problem?

For this sort of stuff, normally the issue can be traced to weak internet connection or device date and/or time not being aligned with the internet's date and/or time. |

It's not that. I have the same issue from the last update. It's yellow, you can click it but nothing happens. BTW i can watch adds in GoG 3, GCR is broken.

I did 2 months ago and I didn't get any answer. It's not important just I'm not the only one to have such and I don't have a logic explanation because I can watch adds in other games.

Usually all that is needed is to reload the game. Besides the game is updated on a regular basis, so be sure you have the latest version...

I have the latest version, reinstalled it a couple of times I even switched from tablet to phone and still I can't watch adds. As I said...in all other games I can watch adds just GCR is broken.

I apologise, but this is all the accumulated knowledge we have on this sort of technical issues. If it's not a problem concerning device Settings, the game's version, the player's gaming account and the device's Internet Connection, then, this is way beyond us ordinary players. IMO, I don't think that your device is old enough to be incompatible and from experience from GOG3, not allowing the UI to provide customised ADs didn't prevent the ADs from loading. |

I have the same issue now 02Apr2021 since I used the update from apple store yesterday. Since then when watching the new ads on the ipad or iphone11 it always crashes when you X out after watching- and no perks. I rebooted and reinstalled but no improvement. Any suggestions?
