I think it has to be HRE98 the most boring one. Because the progress, without any of your generals is really slow.
I thought about a poll. But there are numerous ones hence, a simple question. The most interesting ones I found are Poland 1775. It has progress and challenge. It is challenging in the initial rounds because Spain will move all the troops into Poland, even the battleship. But the two generals - Kosciuszko and Sokolnicki do a fine job. The second challenge will be when the British and Indians spam troops in the Northern USA.

I agree that HRE is the most boring, maybe that’s only cause it’s the speedrun conquest but also your generals suck and your units suck.
Naples 1798 is one of the more interesting ones to me. I’ve done it multiple times because it’s just so smooth. Ottoman is always fun because its heavy art and guards are OP. 1806 is my favorite with them. Saxony 1806 is also pretty fun

Fun Conquests: 1776 Poland/ Indian Europe- Central countries
Boring: European Conquests- edge countries, especially the blue team. Conquering GB and Russia can be tedious, especially when GB starts spamming forts.

Poland is one of those few countries which are good in all the scenarios. 1798 is challenging to a great extent and in 1809, we have a strong Poland and good allies.

For the blues, Russia is always a dead end because you cannot move ahead and the conquest would probably be over by the time Russia is done or there would be no meaning to move the troops there.

Its always a hard choice figuring out which generals to send where. Especially for France vs. Britain, you dont want to be midway through a conquest with your best generals on Ireland.

You are right littlecorporal, I only send Jourdan to attack Britain in 1798, while all others go east.
