About the accurate coordinates per tile here's what i've done so far
You can see there that the hex starts with 80 (50 in hex) and not 1 also there is 2 hex per 77 tile that is not countable because the game doesnt read those so that means the whole europe map is 79 hex (width) x 66 hex (length)
