If you click refresh purchases it will give you the medals (worked for me when I had to restart)

What are they?
I know of the Assault and Knight Badges, the Medals and the special medals.

Those are knight badges and unfortunately there isn't really any farming in this game with the exception of assault badges in united front. |

The Knight Badges do exist as a reward for cleared conquests, if I'm not wrong. Yes, but they aren't effective for grinding. Each country has a set of rewards that you get when beating the army group with them. You don't get anything after winning once you've obtained all the rewards. One star countries get you ten knight badges, two stars give you eight, and three stars give you six. You'll can play each country in each army group one or two times before the rewards dry up. Thus, there isn't a country that you can use for grinding. Based on the amount of rewards, you'll have to play a lot of countries and that's not grinding. |

In case that you don't have it yet, aim to get the Cross Medal which gives you 6 knight badges every day.

But I guess you can get it from the Prestige achievement but I am not sure. Maybe, other can confirm. |
