When I downloaded European War 4 from the playsyore, everything appeared in Chinese language. Is there a way to change the language?

When I downloaded European War 4 from the playsyore, everything appeared in Chinese language. Is there a way to change the language? Reinstall it? Not sure, but if you're not downloading the CN version, then you shouldn't have its language set to Mandarin and it's probably a bug. |

The Version Nr down in the App info helps:
V 1.4.xx Are versions with the google framework
V 1.5.x Are chinese versions

I do know that I have a Huawei (Chinese phone trademark), maybe it's linked to the issue?
