Just kidding, ik what u said there lol. Actually, there arent many heavy tanks early game (except 1941 Eastern Front, perhaps?), so Rommel isn't that useful. Badoglio is a Cheaper option, but I think his damage is ehhhh quite slow |

Bock is better. Leadership is way better than anything Heinrici has and Bock is free. Plains is also great. I recommend saving for an actually good general, like Badoglio, Student or Kuribayashi.
