saltin's skill guide said it increased rank speed by 180%, so is that like a WC3 ace forces, or is it like you can go (in WC3 terms) from L Gen to General 180% faster?

War Master can be replicated with On War or the Art of War which increase rank due to killing enemies. Nobility can be increased through the Crown, Sceptre, and Nobleman skill.
