And a khalid attacking a enemy who has been debuffed will have higher output than a high moral cleo. I thought we are talking about attack as a stat here? Idk what Khalid's atk is but judging from the ratings people give him I have to assume his attack is slightly higher than cleo's |

Idk what Khalid's atk is but judging from the ratings people give him I have to assume his attack is slightly higher than cleo's Khalid's final attack is 416 with attack expert fully upgraded. Cleo has 373 but since she can almost always trigger inspiration, it's 373 * 1.15 = 428. Both are pretty good. Team player wise Khalid can serve as a second spy and Cleo as a second rumor. Individual wise Khalid has Com and Cleo's inspiration can make her weapon even more powerful. I'm a fan of both of them. |
