After the massacre of KLA members by imperialist and capitalist powers , people gave been joining it even more to overthrow this dictatorship and they are getting help from CCP against Imperialism and Capitalism. There are 30,000 members of KLA. Pinpointing the location of the KLA base, I use the first Greenlight paratrooper to tactically nuke it, killing all leading members, and crushing the spirit of any other rebels. Since this is a tactical nuke, a disproportionate response would cause your citizens to revolt. These are like Soviets , they have regional leader in every Soviet.
