Fine fine, the project exists but is still in development then. When it has been 24 pages since it was started, it will be operational. No , only things which have happened in RL are allowed and anything outside of timeline is only allowed to build by informing and it will take time like hydrogen bomb exists but is outside of timeline hence it must be researched. |

Like any other French regions, they are granted provincial and municipal rule, similar to a federal system but with a central power in Algiers which can override premiers decisions but is but rarely used. ? Like a province, it has elections for it’s premier, the equivalent of a governor. Of course, in a federal system, Provinces thus premiers have equal if not superior power than the central government.In my system, their power is inferior to the Central government and only can determine regional laws(minimal pay, police system, Medicare) |

On another note, Charles De Gaulle visits Provence under cheers and celebrations . Several times he had been proposed leadership of the state as a dictator (Roman style) but his respect for the nation had been so huge that he refused every attempt. Also 500th post ! |
