I just want to ask out of curiosity sake: what is youre worst experience from ET from the games they produce to what they post in social media to anything regarding ET actually.
Mine is the Battle of the Coral Sea or as I like to call it "Coral Hell"

What was worse, I actually beat it once, but when I went to save my cloud archive I accidently deleted my save instead and had to try it again. To be honest that and Dawn from the east is why I quit WC4. |

My brother was playing WC4, after 28 tries (counted) almost gave up on it, but I bet a quarter just for fun that I could beat it in one turn, and, by using infantry wisely, completed it. The look on his face! |

Honestly It is scary how hard (mainly how the map is constructed) Return to the Rhine is. Return to the Rhine might actually be the rulebreaker in not needing a general for the early coalition (Likely you'll need an artillery general at least to pass). |

No one here is going to mention grinding medals for everything in the two GOGs and being able to buy 1 gen at most for F2P players?
Of course, we cannot forget the sudden loss of progress in ET games at random and the tiresome cleanup stage of long conquests in ET games.
In terms of gameplay, the least likeable parts are the post-endgame content like Crimean War in EW6:1804, Challenge Conquests and History mode in EW6:1914 as well as the unnecessary and extremely tough/tricky Empire sieges in EW5.

It's not the easiest to get used to, especially when it is no longer implemented in the newer games. Or was it the exorbitant price to upgrade Rank and Nobility to max? Try out the farming tips provided in either the Headquarters or the Training Grounds. Rank is the easiest to farm without thinking too much about it because it's based on defeating enemies with that gen. |
