He had to retreat with Desaix as his rearguard. |

Ok, if still you didn't get it, here's a hint - Here's the POD if anyone is curious: In OTL, Goring decided on a compromise plan where the paratroopers would land at Malme, Heraklion, and Rethymno, but a majority of them would land at Malme. Essentially, he combined the dispersion of the paratroopers involved in Student's plan and the emphasis on Malme involved in the other plan. The POD is that Goring instead decides to fully back the other plan, concentrating all of the paratroopers to take Malme. Someone who will appear in the next drabble: Kliment Voroshilov  |
