I don't know about WC4, but in GoG3, when a submarine attacks, it deals extra damage, extra morale loss to enemy battleships. Also, an enemy battle ship cannot retaliate in GoG3. So I think Donitz might win (50-50). That's the same in Wc4. But the only difference is that the morale loss of the cruiser does not happen |
