Hi guys!

I'm currently at the start of the 1944 campaign and have the 3 IAP generals, Rommel, Guderian, Rundstedt, Leeb, Yamamoto and Nagumo on the Axis side, and on the allies side I have Patton, MacArthur, Govorov, Rokossovski and Nimitz.
Should I get any other generals or should I start investing my medals into badges to upgrade my tech and units? (My tech is: 4 5 4 2 2)
(I also have the medals which give me medals and badges every day)
