The skill says, "Cause +30% damage to enemy special units when commanding army units". Since units and their special forces share damage, does this skill boost damage against both the unit and their special force? Or does it only boost damage against the special force? Thank you!

Um, units and special forces don't share dmg. I have done conclusive tests of a couple of things I noticed during Blitzkrieg.  There is the dmg dealt to the unit, and the exact same amount to the special force, or the base dmg goes to both. I don't like Accuracy Strike a ton, but it is very, very useful situationally. |

In short, It only boosts DMG to the special force.
