No, no, what do you mean by that. you said that 6.5 ? damage is more powerful than some may expect OK, so we are talking about tank generals right? Tanks have assault, which gives them a 60% chance to attack again after annihilating a stack. Some tank generals have panzer leader, which if we're talking about the stronger version, gives a 24% chance to attack again after annihilating a stack. Monty and Roko are going to be doing a lot of extra attacks since they have panzer leader. So we know that Monty will do 5 damage against anything other than tanks. So that's 5 more damage for each attack. From my experience, tanks usually get around 2 extra attacks from simply the assault ability. With panzer leader, a tank gen can do even more. So if you do the math, that's at least 15 more damage against every type of unit except for tanks. I consider 15 damage to be a decent amount. Maybe you'll all disagree. I also like consistency, so Monty appeals to me more than Roko. Also please explain what you meant by 30%. Let me redirect that question back to you. He means that PL doubles the attack every 4 attacks, making it work as 5/4 damage, or + ~30% dmg.

Explain your math. How do you get that from +24% chance to attack again? 24% (25%) = 1/4 Yeah, I understand that. I just wanted to understand the process of how one gets 30%. I did the math, and I got 25% more damage.

You're rounding 5% though. I wouldn't consider a difference like that to be close enough to round. We rounded 24% into 25% because it's only a 1% difference.
