hey Warlord247, we should do something to prevent the game from making 5 pages in a day, so no one gets left behind. That's what ruined TW III. Any ideas?

I think that with the new rules is should stop that. Also, an extra research rule to also stop that problem: Only two projects can be researched at a time.

Basically, the attacker says what their attack is, but instead of rolling for it, the defender rolls to defend. If the attacked uses Armoured cars vs. Infantry, the defended has to roll a higher number to defend.

Its a lot more open as well. If the attacker say, attacks the enemy hex with all units in the area, and fails, the defender could easily go on the offense and take a few hexes with ease

Oh yeah, @vonmanstein77, we forgot to set up the units each country has, and how many the recruit per turn. (Remember, recruitment is just a base number, like 10000, the person recruiting decides how they want to spend that number) the numbers will prolly have to be in the 10, or 100 thousands, due to the way battles work, and the size of the board.
