Hi i new in game f2f and 1000.medals i did the france 1798 conquest 75 turns and sadly no princess
But anyways what are general suggestions on who to get

Great, welcome. If you are playing free to play, its best not to buy any generals. You can just play the conquest again after you have more experience. Having lots 9f redources is important. You can look at the free to play, no grinding guide.

You don't have any tech to max out. Just the rank and Nobility of a General. DONT SPEND MEDALS FOR THAT. They can be invested elsewhere. I say that don't even buy generals. You can put Princesses on units and play with them. They become the best generals when you train them enough.
I say that this is a game where Infantry is not a meatshield and can be used to charge. Infantry is still weak, but OP compared to WC atleast.
You probably don't have much (any? Don't know) above 1000 medals generals. But the problem is that you have the academy refresh. Once you finish your academy refreshes, you have to grind till you get 100% to get the next generals. Also, you need to buy slots for more than 4 generals
