Do you think Patton should be pink. I mean I can curve him up if the general community agrees he should. However on a heavy tank, all he has is his stars and a low level panzer leader for output. And on a medium tank, he is admittedly pretty sweet Patton is the Allied Guderian. He's going to be your only option for a medium tank general. |

 Papagos2 infantry stars and sniper is simply not good enough to warrant a purchase. He is a waste of medals. |

 SmiglyA very good infantry general that is also a very good price performer available early on. Garrison will make him invaluable as a city defender, he has good stars, and guerilla is good to. He is also an amazing paratrooper But as you can’t sell him, he won’t be effective late game thus he is a bad purchase. However, if you are desperately struggling early in the game. This guy is not a bad choice. |

 BlameyGarrison on an artillery general? LOL. This is not a very effective skill as artillery is very bad at defending cities due to being glass cannons (easily destroyed due to low health). Especially heavy artillery. If you want blamey to be useful, you have to use him on light artillery instead of heavy artillery, and use him as a city grabber. That just doesn’t work out well. Has 3 artillery stars and thats it. Blamey sucks. |

 KuznetsovAn ok navy general that lacks any output skills. Why do you need him when Cunningham is free and Spraunce is cheaper. Not even close to as overpowered as he was in World Conqueror 4 |

 BockI have to start out by apologizing first and foremost. I really underrated this guy, and saying that he was worse than Messe was just wrong. Sorry!
Despite Bock being a pretty terrible artillery general imo, he is a fantastic tank general and arguably the best choice for a 3rd tank general.
Max level leadership is a fantastic skill that makes Bock not afraid to charge into the frontlines as healing him is very cheap. This is especially invaluable for a third tank general, as we will lack the coins to heal them up, whereas for Bock we can definitely afford it.
In addition, Bock essentially has 3 tank stars tanks to plain fighting. So if you use Bock wisely, he can last for a pretty long time in the game.
Truly an awesome general

Friedrich “Fried Rice” Paulus, small question, why are you doing lower tier gens like Papagos and Simonds, yes they can be hidden gems like Messe in WC4, but in this game we can't sell our cheap gens for better ones. All of the gens someone buys need to be a late-game gen, most tier 4 with a few a exceptions like Slim, Tassigny or *chokes up a bit out of anger* Bagdolio.

To discourage noobs like myself from seeing Malinkovsky and going “Max level bayonet charge and urban fighting. He is way better than Vasilevsky” and snapping them back to reality. Plus roasting the terrible generals gets pretty entertaining. And I will no doubt fix some of the others in my ranking, and organize the glossary better. I just want to get these out of the way first |

Friedrich “Fried Rice” Paulus , iirc Bock's Leadership gives no discount for healing/replenishment. He has discount for adding unit to the stack, not for healing. So it is nice of course but not always convinient in case You didn't lose a unit completely and have no room for expand. But it is awesome in the very beggining of the mission to expand the unit right from the start for instance.

He was decent in gog 1, garbage in wc3, fast and terrible in wc4, and finally ok in gog3 |
