It is a group which takes in all the members who have contributed greatly to the forum. (Sorry Gerd von Rundstedt , but I will be part of Historical society). Currently, all its members are inactive. So basically the 1% of the Forum  Currently it is probably 0.02% as there only 5 members I think
Edit - Assuming the forum has 10,000 members

Atleast the laws of rumours say that Elite is elite, they get 500 percent+ prestige because of being elite which is 500×5= 2500 while historical society is 1000. |
