My experience was: It is not 100% perfect to have Lan as your only trader. My 1st cavalary is usually, at the end of a conquest, finishing up the last enemy outposts, without a exchange near by. If Lan is your only trader, her route needs to be planned seriously: Playing HRE98 with Lan rushing into spain, I had to move her back to Bordeaux in R20, not to loose ressources. It worked, she arrived exact in time, but if she arrives just one round too late this will cost Β±4 Years for the lost ressources. So be aware! As a reminder: Between R30-38 the level raises on average 960π§ this is exact what a 5β trader gets for 2000π 500π§ 1500πSo a 5 slot game with a possible economic general would be nice. In 4 slots, though Lan has that skill, we can't use her for trading, maybe when there is enough momentum on your side and Lan is not required further. But it would be too late by that time |

But it would be too late by that time If you do an early run, this problem doesn't appear - you can't get Lan early. When I get Isabella I collect 300+π and in the moment a cheap economy trainer shows up in the academy, I regroup him and Arnold, to make Isabella my 5β trader. She is usually much closer to an exchange, when there is the need. For now, it worked out really handy. |
