Not taking anything personal is a way of avoiding a Problem. Even though I am a leader of game Modifications, Many times I am not taken seriously. I have worked hard for this board creating mods,advice,Tools and this is what I get. I get ignored,hated,and blocked. I had a great time with the people who have helped and supported all this way. People only realize what they have they lose it. To be frank, I already believed that your not getting enough attention or being taken seriously. That was why I argued with Saltin for you to become a moderator. Anyways, good luck for your future endeavours and forgive us for not taking you seriously enough or forgive us if we have hurt you unknowingly. What else can I suggest, other than keep your life first and DONT MAKE ME DESTROY YOU!  Take care of yourself and don't forget us. A'LA REVOYURE MY FRIEND. |

I think both the members and the staff appreciate your contributions I am not sure why you would think otherwise. Getting ignored/hated/blocked is perfectly normal for any higher profile member. It goes with the territory and this is true anywhere on the internet not just in our site. As a matter of fact this also is what happens in RL, if you are even a tiny bit successful and have a higher profile than the average joe then you will also and automatically be a target. This is what leadership is, people are going to want to chop at your feet a little to make you a more manageable size:d If the staff can help you let us know and we will try to provide support for you if it's possible to do so. |

Sure, just a quick formality for the designated RP's execs: In your opinion has the election been proper and fair so as to be considered legitimate in the eyes of your RP cohort? I ask this publicly in case the subject pops up in the future. Also, If there are objections from others I want to hear them now. This also helps solidify the Exec role for when the inevitable RP salt happens ( it will happen sooner or later) and you have to intervene, possibly making an unpopular call or taking sides to preserve the peace. It goes without saying someone might hate you for it, regardless of any noble intent. Preserving peace gets you heat, sometimes lots of it, so then.. you still want to stay in the kitchen and cook right ?  |
