So: IF the game automatically puts your best generals to the left when you click on the helmet icon, then the top eight when everyone is fully maxed out and unequipped is:

Caesar, Suleiman, Blucher, Attila, Alex, Saladin, Barbarossa & Li Shimin.

Joan ranks higher than Richard & Bismarck (12th, 13th, 14th) even though Richard beats her on all basic stats.

Can you shed any light on why they are in this order Erich von Manstein?

Yeah he's the one that jumped out at me too when I saw how far down the list he is.

If it's not supposed to be a ranking of strength though, then why does giving them equipment move them "up" the list?
